Meet Sarah
I am a passionate Holistic Nutritionist specializing in Nutrition Response Testing, dedicated to empowering women to reclaim their vitality and health. My expertise lies in addressing gut issues and hormonal imbalances by targeting the root causes and fostering a lifestyle that promotes profound healing. Through a comprehensive, holistic approach, I help transform every aspect of your well-being—from nutrition and movement to sleep, mental health, and your relationship with your body.
My journey began in healthcare as a nursing student, where I immersed myself in the practices of conventional Western medicine, focusing on symptom management within a disease-centric framework. However, my own health challenges—ranging from GI distress and bloating to irregular periods and anxiety—revealed the limitations of this approach and highlighted the need for a more integrative perspective.
These personal struggles were a catalyst for my exploration of holistic health. By embracing practices such as yoga, mastering Nutrition Response Testing, tracking menstrual cycles, adopting a whole foods diet, and prioritizing self-empowerment, I have not only healed but continue to thrive through the challenges of life.
Nutrition Response Testing is a powerful, non-invasive method that taps into the body’s vital force or energy to identify and address imbalances. Known also as muscle testing, this technique allows me to connect with your body’s innate intelligence and pinpoint areas that require detoxification and nutritional support. Through this process, I guide you towards lasting wellness and a renewed sense of vitality.

What is NRT?
Nutrition Response Testing is a safe, natural and non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the underlying causes of poor health. By analyzing toxicities and deficiencies in the body with Nutrition Response Testing, we treat the root of the issue – not just the symptoms. This technique is a form of applied kinesiology or otherwise known as “muscle-testing.”
When you give your body the exact nutrients it needs it can heal itself.
The best way to give your body what it needs is to discover what is lacking and help the body get back in balance. This is done with Nutrition Response Testing. We find out what your body needs and create a clinically designed, personal nutrition program based on the testing.
“The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patient in the care of the human frame, in nutrition, and in the cause and prevention of disease.” Thomas Edison.
What Makes this Approach Unique?
In Nutrition Response Testing we do not diagnose or treat disease. We are able to analyze and assess your body’s current health status, and design an overall health improvement program. This approach is unique because it takes into account that your body is self-healing and innately knows how to heal itself given the proper environment.
How Does It Work?
Nutrition Response Testing, or muscle testing, allows your own body to communicate using neurological reflexes. It reveals where imbalances are occurring and the causes of these imbalances. Examples of imbalances in the body are weight loss or gain, blood sugar imbalances, elevated cholesterol, thyroid issues, menstrual cycle irregularity, infertility, digestive disorders, poor memory, mood swings, irregular sleep patterns, skin outbreaks and fatigue.
The Nutrition Response Testing exam is performed lying down with your arm extended straight. If the tested reflex area on the body is under stress, the Autonomic Nervous System will respond by reducing energy to the extended arm rendering the arm weak and it will drop. When performing Nutrition Response Testing, a scan of the body and all of the reflex points are checked for the 5 most common stressors that can cause symptoms of poor health. These stressors include chemical toxicity, hidden food allergies or sensitivities, heavy metal toxicity, immune challenges and scar interferences. When these stressors accumulate in our body over time, they can impair the function of cellular processes, drainage pathways, detoxification pathways, endocrine glands, metabolic glands, organs, and nerves that are crucial to our health.
Once the underlying issues are discovered, the next step in Nutrition Response Testing is to see what nutrients your body may be lacking due to this toxin overload. When your body receives the proper nutrients in the forms of whole food essential minerals, vitamins and antioxidants, many imbalances in your body come back into balance. When this happens, symptoms lessen and, in most cases, disappear. Nutrition Response Testing can be used at any age level starting as young as 3 months old spanning to the elderly.
